As an alternative to the traditional scaffolding or wire frame sytem that are used to install a large banner or building wrap a tension System can be used. It is a great solution that can be used with banners, mesh, fabrics and even flexfaces with lights that can illuminate from behind.

SUS 1 Internal – This profile is a great solution when you are considering a banner or a textile print to an internal area. Ideal for any large graphics up to 10 square metres in size.
SUS 2 Internal/External – Due to the extra limb on the profile additional support is given when installing a banner. Thus banners up to 250 square metres in size can be installed using this tension system. The extra limb allows for additional fixings into the structure your printed wrap is being installed into.
SUS 3 External Cladding – An additional hollow profile added to the limb allows for more additional strength. This is a great way to bridge the gaps on cladding, for example on the sides of industrial units. The maximum size building wrap for this profile would be 250 square metres.
SUS 4 Building wrap – This profile is heavy duty and allows for larger external building wraps and large banners. The strength of the profile allos foe larger spans to be bridged up to 1000mm and is suitable for pvc or mash up to 550gsm.
SUS 5 Lightbox – With this profile being 165mm deep it allows for LEDS to be embedded within the frame behind the flexface. Thus it’s the ideal solution where a site needs to be illuminated internally or externally
